The Loyalty & Rewards Program
Through this pillar, MSS aims to create access to market for as many SME ventures
To ensure that small businesses receive support to achieve much needed sustainability and growth, #MSSRewards facilitates rewarding of customers who support any SME venture on the #MSSRewards. Their customers earn loyalty points which would be redeemed within the network in line with this program.
The customer has to present their loyalty number or their registered cellular phone number for every purchase they make with the participating SME venture and earn loyalty points in line with the category the venture is registered under.

New Venture Creation
It is the long term objective of MSS to creatively fight high levels of unemployment among the youth.
The South African community, especially the Historically Disadvantaged individuals (HDI) has for the longest time associated earning a living with employment. It is not in the general culture of most of the people to think “business” after completion of their studies. This is a situation GTE aimed to change, leading to the birth of MSS.
MSS has committed to re-imagining career advancement of the youth, by birthing sustainable business initiatives that can create opportunities for many, to earn a decent living.
This is achieved through various collaborations as well as implementation of some of the already existing policies and laws within the Republic. Once an opportunity has been thoroughly explored and ready for implementation, communities are made aware of such, so as to contest.
New Venture opportunities are communicated as and when they are launched and removed from the platform once fully implemented.
MSS strives to hold hands with various stakeholders to ensure maximization of each and every opportunity identified. These include among others Government departments across all ministries, corporate companies, other SMEs and various business structures
Through this pillar, MSS ensures that everyone plays their part in opening up the markets and achieving as much economic inclusion as possible.
Wherever necessary, communities get involved to ensure that no one is left behind as opportunities are secured or unlocked. This program is driven through the MSS Change Maker program
