Dr Pulane Molokwane

Dr Molokwane is a Nuclear Physicist, Water and Environmental Engineering Specialist Professional with expertise and experience in Ground water remediation, research into Nuclear process and Solid waste strategies, Solutions and Technologies, Petroleum and Energy industry

She is one of the 25 South African emerging Women in STEMI- 2017. Dr Molokwane is also rated at no 27 of the 100 globally recognized Nuclear Energy Professionals- 2020.

She previously worked as Executive Technical Director of South African Intellectual Property Fund and Quintessential Investment Holdings; Principal Environmental Specialist at Sasol Technology Pty Ltd and Senior Nuclear Fuel Design Physicist at Pebble Bed Modular Reactor SOC (PBMR).

She served/s on the boards of South African Forestry Company SOC Limited (SAFCOL), Inkomati Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA), Sedibeng Water Board, Nuclear Energy Corporation of SA (NECSA) and ESKOM SOC Limited, Lepelle Northern Water, South African National Biodiversity Institute, Sublime Technologies to name a few and a few Steering Committees/Panels within the Science and Innovation and Water Departments.

She holds PhD in Chemical Technology (Environmental Engineering) (University of Pretoria), M.Sc. in Applied Radiation Science and Technology, Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Radiation Sciences and Technology, and B.Sc. in Physics and Chemistry (North-West University).

Dr Molokwane is the founder of OLOENVIRON Pty Ltd. She has an extensive corporate governance experience, has published 38 peer reviewed papers and Four (4) book chapters and monologues.

Dr Colleen Lightbody

Dr Colleen Lightbody is the owner of Brainwise: Mastery Through Neuroscience. She is a respected Master Coach, Trainer, and International Speaker. Her global experience includes clients in the Asia-Pacific Region, the United States, Europe as well as throughout Africa.

Her specific area of expertise lies in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Brain-based
Learning, Personal and Professional Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence. She is becoming
known as “The Brain Guru” through her writing for blogs and magazines, as well as in
television and radio interviews.
In addition to a private, global coaching practice, Colleen has over 18 000 hours of
training and coaching experience working with personal, professional and corporate
clients. 

Colleen has a PhD in Mindfulness and Leadership and is the recipient of the
University of Johannesburg’s Top Achiever Award. She has a Master’s degree in
Leadership and a Postgraduate Diploma in Neuroleadership through Middlesex
University. Her positive and energetic style reflects the passion she has for her career
and people, as well as a life living her core purpose of being a catalyst for change.

  • being the Chief Financial Officer at the Public Investment Commissioners (PIC) -Africa’s largest asset manager which at the time managed over R200 billion public service investments – a role which included being the financial manager, being responsible for the preparation of the financial statements, being the head of administration & back office and also overseeing the legal and IT divisions.
  • being a manager, senior consultant and later an associate director at Nkonki Sizwe Ntsaluba – a medium size audit/consulting firm which at the time was one of the joint auditors of Eskom, Transnet, Portnet a Durban based division of Toyota South Africa

Mr Simphiwe Cele

I am a senior business executive- a Chartered Accountant of over 20 years – with a Bachelor of Commerce from UCT, an MBA from Wits Business School and a Diploma in Investment Management from the Rand Afrikaans University. 

I also hold a Certified Rescue Analyst (CRA) certificate from the University of Pretoria.

I am currently a Group Executive for Corporate Finance at Telkom Group where I am responsible for group Mergers & Acquisitions and the allocation & management of capital expenditure across the group. My experience also includes working for the Mergers & Acquisitions division at MTN Group (the largest telecommunications group in the African continent) for over 8 years where I was responsible for International Business Development leading the group’s expansion into new markets.  

I am also a registered Senior Business Rescue Practitioner with the Companies & Intellectual Properly Commission (CIPC).

I also have over 17 years of experience serving as a non-executive director of various medium size unlisted companies in both the public and private sectors.

Previous roles held also include the following positions:

  • being the Principal consultant at Zawadi Business Advisory Services -an independent business advisory consultancy which I founded – where I was responsible for new business development and overseeing valuations, due diligence, business advisory and business rescue services.
  • being a Corporate Executive and Executive Committee member at the Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA) where I oversaw various audit business units including the International Audit Business unit that was responsible for the audit of the United Nations, an assignment held jointly with the Auditors General of France and the Philippines. The portfolio I was responsible for at the AGSA included various state-owned entities, national, provincial and local government audits

Adv Tebogo Ramahlaha

Adv Ramahlaha is a young, practicing advocate.  He is a member of a group of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates.

He hold an LLB degree from University of Johannesburg, as well as a Post-Gradate Diploma in Corporate Law (qualifications obtained in Cum-Laude). He has been in practice for over Four (4) years. He jobs involves a significant amount of research and court proceedings, however enjoys litigation / arguing in court the most.

Prior to practising as an advocate he was an attorney for Three (3) years. He also worked for various institution including among others government department.

Adv Ramahlaha’s  speciality includes amongst others both Corporate and Company Law.

many Executive Development Programmes. He is a published author both in academia and
professional practice. His latest book, Damn It! Get Up and Do It deals with some mental barrier to
personal and professional success.

Dr Meiya Nthoesane

Dr Meiya G Nthoesane, possesses experience and expertise in education that spans over a decade.

His academic work involvement includes being a Visiting/Adjunct Faculty, at Mulungushi University
(Zambia), for MSc and MBA, students. A Part-time Lecturer at Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute
– UNISA, Independent Contractor at Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership, as an MBA
Research Tutor and MBL Strategic Finance Marker; Independent Contractor and a MANCOSA:
Management College of Southern Africa. His notable executive roles include being a Director Unisa
Press and Unisa Centre for Lifelong Learning. Meiya, is the Founder and CE of Financeium School of
Business, an entity that aims to empower entrepreneurs, particularly in areas of Finance. He is the
Funding Editor of Financeium Business Magazine, launched April 2022, as a resource for SMEs and a
platform to celebrate less-known entrepreneurs globally.

Sharon Tshabalala

An Executive Chairman (not chairlady) and co-founder of Grooming The Executive, a Non-Profit Company (NPC) which is driving the upskilling and igniting business mindset in young people.

A seasoned businessman and a founder of a number of businesses over a +15 year entrepreneurship journey. Tshabalala is currently driving Millennium Support Services (MSS) initiative, with the aim of helping as many small businesses bounce back from the challenges that have been accumulating over the past years and the devastating aftermath of COVID 19.

Qualified as a teacher, further obtained B Com Degree, Diploma in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management with UNISA and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Business Management with WITS Business School.

Worked for various corporate companies and government departments which include among others VodacomSA – Finance Department, Public Investment Corporation (PIC) – Investment Analyst and ultimately Portfolio Manager, and The Department of Trade & Industry (the DTI), before the business bug bit.

Has been recognized for excellence and won a number of accolades which include among others CEO Communication’s Top Business Woman of the Year.
